It is reported that Zhuzhou Tianqiao Crane intends to acquire stakes in Zhuzhou Shunchen Coal Preparation Machinery.
After the share acquisition, Tianqiao Crane stake in Shunchen Machinery will be between 51% and 70%.
According to the report, the acquisition will help Tianqiao Crane to further develop in the coal preparation machinery manufacturing industry. (sourced from Yicai)
