Hunton & Williams LLP expanded its energy and project finance practice with the addition of Gregory F. Lang and Michael J. Madden as partners in the New York office. The two have a diversified transactional practice focused on project finance, private equity mergers and acquisitions, project development and leasing.
They join Hunton & Williams from Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP. Lang focuses on representing developers, institutional investors, private equity funds and independent power producers in connection with the development, financing, and acquisition of domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects. Madden’s experience includes a variety of complex structures relating to constructing, financing, and acquiring and disposing of power, natural gas and other energy assets.
