Ispat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2011, inter alia, considered the following:
1. Resignation of Mr Anil Sureka as Executive Director (Finance) as well as director of the company effective July 1st 2011.
2. Relinquishment by Mr Vinod Mittal as Managing Director of the company effective July 1st 2011. Mr Vinod Mittal shall continue as Vice Chairman of the company.
3. Re designation of Mr BK Singh a Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Mr BK Singh was Executive Director (Steel Plant) of the Company.
