Noticias citing Camilo Abdul, a representative of the port reported that Mozambique plans to invest USD 380 million to double capacity at the port in the capital, Maputo to 40 million tonnes.
The newspaper said that Botswana intends to ship 20 million tonnes of coal and other minerals through the port.
