China imported 1.93 million tonnes iron ore from Vietnam in 2010 with grades ranging 50% to 65% accounting for 0.3% of the total import volume. Imports from the country in the first four months were 1.25 million tonnes surging 117.4%YoY and taking a share of 0.5%.
