Bloomberg reported that Power station coal prices at Australia Newcastle port an Asian benchmark were little changed in the week ended today.
According to the globalCOAL NEWC Index, coal prices at the New South Wales port were USD 119.35 a metric ton compared with USD 119.34 the previous week.
Xstrata Plc, the world largest exporter of power station coal, BHP Billiton Ltd and Rio Tinto Group are among mining companies that ship coal through Newcastle.
