SAO PAULO Feb 23 (Reuters) - Brazilian steelmaker Usiminas (USIM3.SA: Quote)(USIM5.SA: Quote) could save as much as 350 million reais ($209 million) a year through energy self-sufficiency efforts, including consolidation efforts, Chief Executive Wilson Brumer said on Wednesday. ($1=1.675 reais)
