Brazil's Vale has lost a court challenge against the valuation Australia's Aquila Resources used to price a stake it was selling in a multi billion -dollar Australian coal project.
The Supreme Court of Queensland questioned the issues raised by Vale as to why the assessment of fair value that Aquila used was not valid. (sourced Reuters)
