Turkey's Tosyali Holding Chairman Mr Fuat Tosyali announced plans to invest USD 500 million to set up 1 million tonne capacity plant in North Africa.
In 2010, turnover reached 2.5 million tonnes and USD 1.6 billion dollars.
Tosyalı Holding has set 2015 targets and plans doubling production within 5 years.
