Billet import offer prices are prevailing at $660-680/tonne cfr South East Asia, down by around $10/t from last week. Traders expressed surprise over a lower-priced booking heard last week. Some 5,000 tonnes of Korean-origin billet was booked at $640/t cfr Philippines.
