Bloomberg reported that Russia began an anti-dumping probe into cold-rolled steel with polymer coating imported from China.
As per report, Russia began the investigation after complaints from OAO Severstal, OAO Novolipetsk Steel and OAO Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel last year.
